- How I feel about this character
i absolutely adore kurapika. at first, i got into hxh solely because this guy i was crushing on waaay back when i was like twelve (he was seventeen at the time so nothing ever happened) was into the series and he really like kurapika! so i started reading it and immediately felt a connection with him right away; how task-oriented he was, how well-rounded his abilities were, how loyal he was to people he labeled as a friend. it breaks my heart knowing that he goes from a rather normal, intelligent boy, into this hollow, self-destructive shell because of his lust for revenge, but i would have it no other way. too many things in the media glorify the need for revenge when, in reality and in most cases, revenge isn`t necessary at all.

when i was twelve i used to ship him with killua! ’ w ’ now that i`m older, i realized that the pairing doesn`t really make much sense, but i still think they`d be a pretty aesthetically pleasing couple. other than that, i ship him with leorio sometimes and kuroro for hate sex gufu
- My non-romantic OTP for this character
kurapika x senritsu. i`m glad kurapika was able to become open with more people as the series went on and senritsu is such a wonderful gal
- My unpopular opinion about this character
even though i said i shipped kurapika romantically with those people, i still… don`t really imagine him in any romantic situation and idk why i think it`s weird ;;;;
- One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.
ummm i wish kurapika came back in the manga yes??? like now would be appreciated so i can have some sort of motivation to read again LOL orz
